I m sure you know this feeling i m talking about the negativity that sucks the life out of us.
It didn t work i am not good enough or powerful enough or worthy in therapy we work on this by uncovering the deeper place this. I m constantly kind caring sweet loving supportive to everyone in my life i help my friends through their problems but when it comes to my self i ve always hated how i look chubbish i feel like bursting into tears because i m not good enough. Maybe you feel scared anxious or insecure. So what if i ve graduated with a bachelors degree people are graduating with masters and phds i m just not smart enough.
When you don t take care of your health you feel like crap and you underperform. This destructive habit tends to feed that feeling of not being good enough. It happens to the best of us and it s something almost impossible to avoid. When you all too often compare yourself to others to what they have and what they ve done then you re getting yourself stuck in the comparison trap.
When you have the thought that you re not good enough what feelings do you experience. You having the confidence is the key to perform well academically so ask yourself first that are you able to justice yourself n your personality. Life can be tough. They may appear to be self sabotaging.

As someone who sometimes tends to zoom in on all my perceived flaws it helps to remember that there are lots of things i like about myself too like the fact that i m alive and breathing and able to pave new paths whenever i choose. Stop getting stuck in the comparison trap. Maybe you feel overwhelmed or despondent. Not feeling good enough may result from a self defeating personality disorder.
Why am i not good enough. I m not good enough or i m not good at anything. You need love the most when you feel you deserve it the least. But they do fight and they don t even notice.
