I think about my ex everyday why am i still thinking about my ex.
A lot of people myself included think this means that they are still in love with them. People often dream about their exes for years after they break up. If your friends and your ex don t have any reason to talk they can still do things on your behalf that will bring you to mind. Why we think about our exes and why it s not a bad thing for one thing.
Your ex is the first person you think of when you re upset when you date someone for a while you start to rely on him or her for emotional support. Another reason why i kept on thinking about my ex was because of guilt. Send a picture find that old buried picture where the two of you where happy and send it to your ex or send a copy of it if you can t bear to part with it. Getting into a relationship is the most wonderful thing to happen in ones life.
But if the reason you re still thinking about your ex is that you still have strong feelings for them and you re basically using your new partner as a placeholder that s not fair. The future scares you because you are still stuck in your past. Sometimes if you see your ex in a dream it means that you just want to have what you had with them. Although i hadn t done anything really bad during the relationship i felt guilty about how my ex took the separation.

These thoughts don t find their way into your head because you miss your ex but because you miss the innocence and newness. But this isn t necessarily so. Do the emotions or thoughts i had in the dream relate to how i feel or think about anything in my life or in my relationship right now and most importantly remember the dream doesn t necessarily mean you still have feelings for an ex in fact it s rarely about them at all.
