It s a basic weightlifting shoe even some athletes in powerlifting still wear converse. They stand out and bring a unique flare to my style. Wear flat sole shoes like converse or better yet if you can train barefoot not always possible. Actually converse are good to wear to the gym assuming they are squatting or deadlifting.
