I m 18 and my adam s apple is also very large you can see it sticking out on photo s and things it s not going to affect you anyway it s purely cosmetic and to be honest you kinda just get used to it nothing to fear and if your scared because it might put women off don t worry i m sure there s more off putting things to women e g acne.
