Christmas is a huge deal to latinos but nothing is a bigger deal than noche buena.
Holiday season is here and christians from puerto rico to peru will be ringing in nochebuena the most important christmas celebrations for members of spanish influenced cultures. I thought it was the same in the rest of countries because of this. Things get mixed real well in the racial religious pot. La nochebuena holy night on 24th of december at night. You mix the catholic mass on the 24th then the christmas morning on the 25th as we do in the us and you may have christmas at midnight.
