Breast pain may be associated with certain antidepressants including selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor ssri antidepressants. Neck shoulder and back pain may accompany breast pain due to large breasts. Noncyclic breast pain commonly results from medication related hormone changes including those induced by oral contraceptive pills infertility treatments and hormone replacement therapy.
