I am following the plan perfectly no slip ups staying within my daily points exercising.
If you are stuck and not losing weight it s because somewhere somehow you are eating too many calories. People following the pointsplus program can expect to lose between 5 and 2 pounds per week. Now i am staying within 900 1100 calories day exercising every single day. I can eat 0 point foods for breakfast lunch and supper.
If you re not losing weight on weight watchers it s because diets don t work. There is a lot of research that is not from weight watchers that talks about it s not about quanity. Get off that stupid diet plan and get into a gym and start building muscle to get your metabolism back to where it should be. Prior to the diet i was a huge eater never exercised.
Remember that your body is programmed to resist weight loss. If i use those 23 points on chocolate or ice cream am i going to lose weight. You might not be losing weight on weight watchers because of your natural physical programming. Chances are your metabolism is completey screwed because of yo yo dieting and even now with stupid weight watchers you can t lose any weight.

And secondly don t confuse slow weight loss with no weight loss. Why am i not losing weight on weight watchers. If you re working out but not losing weight the first place you should be looking is the kitchen. I have been on weight watchers for 3 weeks now i m starting to get frustrated.
And by the way there is no starvation mode according to weight loss research doctors so set that myth aside. Not only are you eating all your allotted smart points but you are eating your fill of zero point foods. I m eating a lot of the zero point foods and i never go over my daily smart point limit so why am i not losing weight and therein lies the problem. In short this means you are consuming way too many calories.
At the end of the day i d have 23 points. You may think that this does not apply to you but keep in mind that studies consistently show that.
