Why do christians go to church on sunday when it s obviously wrong. Why do christians go to church on sunday. N ot all churches answer this question the same way. Some christian scholars believe the early church began meeting on sundays soon after christ rose from the dead in honor of the lord s resurrection which took place on a sunday or the first day of the week.
This verse quotes the apostle paul instructing the churches to meet together on the first day of the week which was sunday to give offerings. And it still provides education contains religious items and is still a holy place of worship. So many people call themselves christians and still go to church on sunday. Usually there are different reasons why do christians go to church on sunday.
