Why Do Old People Wake Up So Early

On the rare occasion that i m too exhausted to wake a decent time i always feel a bit bad about wasting a morning if i don t get up until 9 30am.
Depression too often causes people to wake early in the morning. I force my grandma to take otc melatonin to get more rest. Old people have nothing to do so they run out of things to do and go to bed. Why do old people love to wake up so early in the morning.
I have known a lot of old people take a sense of pride in the fact that they have attained that discipline at an early age and want to prove they can still do it. At 06 30 most of them are already wide awake i ve noticed. She s 80 and still does that i wake up super early thing. Even currently as a young and vibrant 30 year old i tend to wake up around 7 30am on a day off because it s light outside.
Then they get up early and have things to do again eat breakfast shower read the paper. The list goes on its hard to imagine what you d be doing without all of these late at night. People who have a lot to do stay up late so they sleep late.

A question for you. Sleep needs and sleep apnea. They always trying to squeeze more hours into the day. There are perhaps two reasons older people wake up too early that account for most of these awakenings.
Or it s possible that the blood circulating molecule is somehow tied with these factors to influence sleep and wake cycles he added.
