Verses 22 and 23 are paul s most and i would say the bible s most ultimate answer for why god does what he does in choosing one and not another. The tent of god is with mankind and he will reside with them and they will be his peoples. Some day in heaven we ll understand but in the meantime we can only look to him in faith and trust.
